KEA Group’s construction engineering and management services include inspection and consultation on all levels of transportation type projects.  Our staff has focus and a goal to provide the highest quality product that the traveling public should expect in their roadway system regardless of project size or complexity of scope.  Extensive project experience coupled with our knowledgeable staff and 20 year plus relationship with the Georgia Department of Transportation’s statewide Construction Office’s allow KEA Group to be consistent, timely and successful in each project we are involved.

Our staff has experience in the review and implementation of roadway construction plans and state construction specifications and special provisions.  For State department of Transportation projects, as well as adapting County and local municipalities, typical duties include: full knowledge of construction documents, compliance of required specifications, measure and calculate field quantities, complete and approve monthly pay application documents, daily written project history, project schedule compliance, limited materials testing, source materials approval, phase & task coordination, execute change order requests, utility relocation assessment & coordination, project cost reports, remaining budget analysis, financial summary reports, finalize as-built plan sets, and final project closeout documentation.
